Application crashes after several screen lock-resume operations in development build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project or open any other one
2. Set the project to Development Build
3. Deploy it to Windows Phone 8 device
4. Application will crash with Access Violation exception if paused-resumed several times.
If deployed as Master build through Visual Studio with Native debugger, application will report several breakpoint hits and later an exception. All of them let application to continue.
