Application fails to change its orientation on WP8.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and run any project to a device
2. Change its orientation. It will get stuck on last frame and errors will be reported:
ResizeBuffers failed with error 0x887a0001

Failed to switch resolution to 800 x 480
