Application freezes when it is out of focus and GetNativeTexturePtr() method is used in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Go to File -> Build Settings
3. Press Build (Make sure x86_64 architecture is selected)
4. When built, open the UnityCam-2019.3 file
5. Click outside the Application to make it out of focus
6. Wait until Close button's background becomes red (Max 20 seconds)
7. Click on the Application
Expected result: Application is working properly
Actual result: Application is not responding
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1 (Due to errors when downgrading)
Note: In the 6th step, if the Close button's background doesn't become red after waiting, then the issue is not reproducible. This issue is not reproducible on Mac.
