[API Update] Script updater fails when project has assembly references in folders with "exe" or "dll" in its name
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open attached project.
2. "API Update Required" window appears. Click "I Made a Backup. Go Ahead!"
3. Notice that when the Editor opens, the "Console" window outputs several error messages, for instance:
APIUpdater encountered some issues and was not able to finish.
API updating failed. Check previous console messages.
Actual result:
Some scripts were not updated correctly.
Expected result:
Scripts should be updated without any failure.
Reproduced with:
5.3.6f1, 5.3.6p1, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a5.
