Anti-Aliasing turned on prevents shader with CommandBuffer.Blit from rendering
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project (TIM_C Blit Working)
2. Go to Project Settings --> Quality settings
3. Turn on Anti-Aliasing to any sampling rate
4. Play the scene
5. Notice that the cube is not rendered
Expected result: "Stencil" should be drawn all over the cube when anti-aliasing is enabled
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0b2, 2017.1.0f3, 5.6.2p2, 5.5.4p1, 5.4.5p4
