Animators controller selection defaults to "Scene" view
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add Animator component to the Main Camera
3. Click the small circle button next to the controller slot (Screenshot attached)
4. The opened screen defaults to "Scene" tab, while a controller can only be an asset
