Animator with "AnimatePhysics" mode has delay or advance time after some time compared to "Normal" if using fixedDeltaTime
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "FixedDeltaTimeIssue.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene and enter Play Mode
3. Press the "Start test" button and observe the result below "Diff"
Expected result: There's no or a very small time difference between Time and fixedDeltaTime
Actual result: There's a growing time difference between Time and fixedDeltaTime
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
