Animator window grid is not properly laid out and box select is offset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Animator.zip" project
2. Open the "AnimatorController" Animator Controller (Assets > AnimatorController)
3. In the Animator window, zoom in/out, box select (click and drag)
Expected result: Grid is properly laid out and box select starts from the cursor position
Actual result: Grid is not properly laid out and box select is offset
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a17
