Animator window Animation Transition documentation button leads to a missing page
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1244898.zip")
2. In the Animator window select Animation Transition
3. In the Inspector window click on the documentation button (question mark)
Expected result: Correct documentation page is opened
Actual result: A missing documentation page is opened
Reproducible in: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a12
