[Animator] Any State transitions added to sub state machines are not shown
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. On the toolbar go BUGDEMO -> Show Window
3. Drag the Controller into the asset selection box
4. Press "Add any state transition"
Expected result: Under Animator->SSM there should be two transitions: Any State -> State 1, Any State -> State 3
Actual result: Only Any State -> State 3 link appears
Reproducible on: 5.5.0f3, 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b5
Not reproducible on: 5.4.4p1
Tested on Windows 10
