Animator animates objects that are not a part of the current animation
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (AnimatorReport.zip)
2. Open the "AnimatorReport" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Wait for blue rectangle to appear in the game
5. Press the button in the game
Expected: objects, that are not animated in a specific animation, will not be animated when that animation is played by the Animator
Reproduced in 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3

Resolution Note:
This is the expected behaviour: every frame all the properties are written. If they are not animated by the current animation the default values are written instead.
Even if WriteDefaultValues are Off, the Animator is still actually driving the values and cannot be changed.
We will not investigate this issue more unless we are provide with a very simple and minimal reproduction project.
