Animation window is unresponsive when other Animation window is open and was used
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1240548.zip")
2. From Hierarchy select "Cube" Game Object
3. Play the Animation Clip in the left Animation window
4. Now try to play it in the right Animation window
Expected result: Animation window is responsive and plays the clip
Actual result: Animation window is unresponsive and doesn't play the clip
Reproducible in: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a10
