[StateMachine] Animation states in Animator are not automatically updated after changing Animation Transition conditions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project in "1187924Repro.zip"
2. Select "AnimatorObject" in the Hierarchy
3. Open Animator window (Window -> Animation -> Animator) and enter play mode
4. Change Transition condition (Entry ---> NotDefault) "bool" to true
Expected result: active Animation State gets updated instantly
Actual result: active Animation State does not change
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Note: moving Animation State rectangle in Animator updates current Animation state
