Animation is not smooth in OSX build when TV is connected to Macbook
To reproduce:
1. Build attached project
2. Connect Macbook to a TV
3. Connect external mouse and keyboard to Macbook
4. Close the lid on your Macbook Pro
5. Make sure the TV is set to 60hz
6. Run OSX build with open unity-jank.app --args --shoot
Actual: Notice that the middle object's motion is not smooth at all.
Expected: Middle object's motion should be smooth
Reproducible: 2017.1.p3, 2018.1.1f2, 2018.3.0a1
