Animation glitches when using animation layering with base layer transition interruption
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “Character Animation Test Project URP”
2. Open “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Repeatedly press the “Space” bar
Expected result: the animations change without a glitch effect
Actual result: the animations often glitch while changing
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a12, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.0a11, 2023.2.0a8
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
Note: couldn’t test with StandalonePlayer due to console errors
