[Animation] Focus switch to Package Manager when New Script is Added to Animation State from "Add Behaviour" in the Inspector
On adding New Script to Animation State from "Add Behaviour" in the Inspector, the focus is switch Package Manager when the "Package Manager" window is docked/Opened. refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Winodws > Package Manager > dock
3. Project > right-click > Create > Animator Controller > Open
4. Animator Blackboard > right-click > Create State > Empty
5. Select "New State"
6. Inspector > Add Behaviour > New Script > Enter Name > Create and Add
Actual Result:
Focus switch to Package Manager when adding a new script to State
Expected Result:
On adding a new script to state, unity focus is always on State and properties get displayed in Inspector.

2020.1.0a17, 2020.10a15
Working Fine in:
2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0f3
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14.
