Animation fails to import with certain Start parameter values
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user project AdditiveAnimationTest
2. Open the Neo_Walk_StrafeAimDwn_ADD import settings
3. Drag RIG_Neo into the preview window
4. Start the preview, notice that the character moves
5. Select Neo_Walk_StrafeAimDwn_ADD animation, that has been imported
6. Start the preview, notice that the character does not move
7. Return to the import settings, set Start to 8.1 and apply
8. Now character moves both in the import settings preview and in the imported animation
