Animation event does not fire on the last frame of looping animations
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "Test" scene
3. Select "AnimationEventReceiver" game object in hierarchy
4. Open Animation window
5. Note that animation event is on the last frame of animation
6. Play the scene
Actual behavior: event is not fired
Expected behavior: fired event on the last animation frame
Note: transitions have exit time of 1 and transitions duration is 0
