[Animation] delay when playing from a Dictionary
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project (TestProject.zip)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Select either "animation-test/animation-test2" Gameobject
4. Press 'Play' button in Inspector Window while in game mode.
5. Once the Animation is done, press the same button again after some time
Expected: the animation plays instantly, once the button is pressed
Actual: the animation plays after a delay
Reproduced in: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a7
Note: the longer you wait after the initial animation is done, the longer the delay will be.
This bug persists on further button presses.
5.6.5p3 not tested due to Playables API not being introduced yet.
