Animated materials are not synced during play mode with Scene view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "bug.zip" project.
2. Play "demo_animated_clouds" scene
3. Enable animated materials.
4. Wait for a couple of seconds
5. Play the scene
6. Notice that game view and scene view are not synchronised.
Actual result: Animated materials are out sync.
Expected result: Animated materials are synced in both scene and game views
