Animated GameObjects move upwards into the air briefly when transition happens between certain animations
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Press Play the scene
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a10, 2018.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.17f1, 2018.3.0a9, 2019.1.0a9
Expected results: Animation transition is smooth
Actual results: Animation is flickering while it is transitioning
Note: Fixed in 2018.3.02b
