Animated GameObject changes position after Chase state is triggered when Apply Root Motion is disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TestAnimation.zip“ project
2. Open “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press and hold Space button
5. Observe how GameObject changes its position in Game window
Expected result: GameObject position remains the same after holding down Space button
Actual result: GameObject position changes after holding down Space button
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a12, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.0a11
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
