[Android] Xiaomi MIUI 10.2.1.0 with Strip Assemblies enabled crashes when a runnable is ran from UI thread

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Make sure that Manage Stripping Level is set to "Low"
3. Build & Run to a Xiaomi device running MIUI 10.2.1
4. Press the button and observe that the application crashes

Expected result: Xiaomi device running MIUI 10.2.1.0 with Strip Assemblies enabled should not crash when a runnable is ran from UI thread

Reproduced in: 2019.1.0b4, 2018.3.7f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.2.0b1
Does not occur anymore in: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.2.0a5
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.21f1
