[Android][WebGL] ParticleSystem.ScheduleGeometryJobs takes a very long time
Reproduction steps:
-------------------------
1) Open attached project
2) Build it for Android or WebGL (actually tested only on android)
3) Play the game and profile
--- You should see in profiler Camera.Render -> Culling -> ... takes anywhere from 10ms to 300ms
