[Android] [Vulkan] [WebCamTexture] "WebCamTexture.Play" crashes the application when the camera is started
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “WebcamBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “Test“ scene
3. Build and Run for Android
4. Allow the application to take pictures and record videos
Expected result: The application doesn't crash
Actual result: Application crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a8, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.2.0a7
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.1.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
