[Android][Vulkan] Sprites flicker when moving them in the scene
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project "Test"
2. Make sure Graphics API is set to Vulkan
3. Build and Run on Android
4. Press the "<", ">" buttons
Actual: The sprites flicker when moving
Expected: Sprites don't flicker
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.0a1
No reproducible with: 2021.1.0a2, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a11
Tested and reproduced on these devices:
N/A, Huawei - (NOH-NX9), Android 10, CPU: NOT FOUND, GPU: Mali-G78
