[Android] [Vulkan] Shaders are rendered differently in the Player than in the Editor on the Android devices with Adreno 740 GPU when using Vulkan Graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_67094” project
2. In the Build Settings “Run Device“ dropdown, select the desired device
3. Press Build And Run
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: Shader rendered correctly and looks the same as in the Editor
Actual result: Shader rendered incorrectly and looks different than in the Editor
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10, 2023.2.8f1, 2023.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.0a9
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
