[Android][Vulkan] Screen flickers on application launch on Google Pixel 2 if SRGB Write Mode is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & Run on Google Pixel 2
Result - You can see screen turning green for a split second on application launch
Reproducible with - 2019.2.0a7, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.1.0a4
Note - Not reproducible on OpenGLES3
