[Android][Vulkan] Application crashes after unlocking the screen
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached "1300015.unitypackage"
3. Load the Scene "SampleScene"
4. Build and Run to an Android device
5. Lock the device's screen
6. Unlock the device's screen
Expected result: The application does not crash
Actual result: The application crashes with the following logs: "signal 11 (SIGSEGV), code 1 (SEGV_MAPERR), fault addr 0x58
Cause: null pointer dereference"
Reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2019.4.31f1

Resolution Note:
The Zendesk issue for this bug is over two years old, and we haven't seen any related issues from our user base. Suspecting this was a driver issue on a certain set of devices.
