[Android] [Vulkan] Application crash on Adreno devices using Vulkan
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) In Player settings, make sure that Vulkan Graphics API is the top one
3) Build and Run project on a device
Observe: Application will crash at launch
