[Android][Vulkan] App cashes when resuming it from the background and Frame Timing Stats is enabled
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Quit the app into the background
4. Resume the app
Actual: App crashes/freezes depending on whether Multithreaded Rendering is enabled
Reproducible with: 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a3, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0a5
