[Android][Vuforia] Video playback stutters on Android devices with Vuforia AR support enabled
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Open the latest attached project (957216_video_lag.zip).
2) Build for Android.
3) Run on a device.
The camera turns on and a video clip starts playing in the background. The video isn't visible, but the audio starts stuttering heavily after a few seconds (use original user's project to see the video when pointing the camera at Vuforia tags).
This does not happen on the Editor or on iOS devices. Placing the same video in a Video Player component and playing it without Vuforia doesn't reproduce the issue.
Reproduced on:
2018.1.0a3, 2017.3.0b2
Devices tested:
Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 7.0 - reproduced
Lenovo PB2PRO Android 6.0.1 - reproduced
iPhone 6S iOS 11.0 - did not reproduce
