[Android] VideoPlayer not playing video from URL when running project
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Enter Play mode - video is being played
3. Build and Run for Android
Expected: video is being played
Actual: video is not being played
Reproduced in: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
