[Android] VideoPlayer doesn't play audio track of a certain mp4 video on Android
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (link in edit)
2. Build and Run the project for Android
3. Press the top most button and observe that the audio is missing (video is played via VideoPlayer here)
4. Press the 2nd button from the top and observe that audio is played correctly (the same video is played via Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie)
5. Press top 2nd button from the bottom and observe that audio is played correctly in another .mp4 video via VideoPlayer
Reproduced in 2017.2.3p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.7f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
