[Android][Video] .webm video is lagging when it is built for an Android device

# Go to File > Build Settings
# Make sure, that the "SampleScene" Scene is added in Scenes in Build
# Switch to the Android Platform
# Build and Run
# Observe the video

Expected: Video successfully is playing in the application
Actual: Video is lagging
