[Android] Video doesn't start to play in the application when Android OS is 4.1 or 4.2
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Build and Run SampleScene
Expected result: Video starts to play right after application is launched.
Actual result: Application is launched, but the video doesn't start to play. Screen stays with a background color.
Reproduced with: 2018.3.3f1, 2017.4.19f1.
Not reproduced with: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.1.0b1.
