[Android][URP] The app hangs before loading UI
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project or download project from https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/2d-rpg-demo
2. Build&Run project on the device
Expected result: no issues
Actual result: The app hangs before/while loading UI
Reproducible: 2020.2.0b10 (10.2.0 URP), 2020.1.11f1 (8.2.0 URP)
