[Android] Unity app background gets black when Dialog window remains open after re-entering the app
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "android-native-popup-using-unity-master.zip"
2. Build and run the project on Android
3. Click on the "Dialog" button
4. Tap the Overview button in Android's Navigation bar
5. Get back to the app
6. Observe the background
Expected result: Background color is not changed. It is semi-transparent black
Actual result: Background color is changed to black
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b10, 2022.1.0a7
