[Android] UI Toolkit Label cannot display Chinese/Korean/Japanese Unicode on Android
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "LabelUnicode.zip"
2. Build for Android
3. Observe the Chinese/Korean/Japanese label characters
Expected results: UI Toolkit Label displays Chinese/Korean/Japanese Unicode on Android
Actual results: UI Toolkit Label does not display Chinese/Korean/Japanese Unicode on Android
