[Mobile] UI Image disappears when its Width is very large (> 2^30)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project "ImageStrech.zip"
2. Build and Run Android
Expected result: Image remains visible in the screen
Actual result: Image disappears when Width reaches size of 2^30
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a5

Won't fix: hardware limitations, the precission errors when mixing extremely large and very small values in GPU triangles clipping/projection calculations.
