[Android] The Player freezes with no logs when running on some devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with Android platform
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Build and Run on an Android device
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: The Player does not freeze and continues to run
Actual result: Player freezes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16

Notes:
- Reproduction can take from 2 to 60 minutes
- Reproduces with Vulkan and OpenGLES3 Graphics APIs
- Reproduces with Mono and IL2CPP Scripting Backends
- No logs that correspond to the freeze are output
- When testing with 2021.3.33f1, GameObjects are behaving differently, they are moving upwards and disappear
