[Android] The bottom navigation bar does not get dismissed automatically when switching the app from background to foreground

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReproProject.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Build and Run for Android
4. Put the application in the background with the Home button
5. Return the application to the foreground

Expected result: The bottom navigation bar gets dismissed automatically
Actual result: The bottom navigation bar obstructs the app and cannot be dismissed

Reproducible with: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.23f1 (1b875411b5df), 6000.0.53f1

Reproducible environment: macOS 15.4.1  (M4 Max), Windows 11 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested

Reproducible with these devices:
- VLNQA00511, Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71
- VLNQA00335, Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (SM-G986B), Android 10, CPU: Exynos 990, GPU: Mali-G77

Not reproducible with these devices:

  • VLNQA00319, Google - (Pixel 4), Android 13, CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno (TM) 640, 
  • Galaxy Note 10+ 5G with Android 12 installed.
  • Galaxy Z Flip3 5G with Android 14 installed.
  • VLNQA00420 - Google Pixel 3 with Android 12 installed

This is reproducible when the Application Entry Point is set to GameActivity, but not reproducible when it's set to Activity.

    I’ve tested the bug on Samsung Galaxy A40 (its Android range is 9 - 11):
    • Bug present on Android 9
    • Bug present on Android 10
    • Bug NOT present on Android 11

    I believe it's related to a change made in this function in 6000.1:
