[Android] Terrain is rendered black with artefacts when Depth Priming is set to forced and Draw Instanced is enabled on the Terrain

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ForcedDepth.zip“ project
2. Build and Run for Android
3. Observe the Terrain

Expected result: The Terrain is not rendered black
Actual result: The Terrain is rendered black with artefacts

Reproducible with: 2022.3.21f1, 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.0b1 +(+ea0f0219deed), 2022.3.20f1

Reproducible environment: macOS 15.4.1  (M4 Max), Windows 10 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
