Android submodules are not checked in Unity Hub when trying to install the Android module via Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub and Create a New Project
2. Make sure that Android Module isn't Installed
3. Go to Build Settings
4. In the Build Settings window select Android Platform and press the "Install with Unity Hub" button
5. Observe that Unity Hub opens up and Modules window is opened
Expected Results: In Unity Hub Android Module and its submodules are checked
Actual Results: In Unity Hub, only Android Module is checked
Notes:
- This issue happens on both Windows and macOS
- When checking Android Module manually via Unity Hub 2.4.5 both Module and its submodules are checked
- On Unity Hub 3.0.0-beta.5 submodules aren't checked in both situations
Reproduced on Unity 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b15 and 2022.1.0a12
