[Android] Streaming a video can cause an app to hang/freeze when network latency is high

XR SDK

-

Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project 'repro_1341573'
2. Simulate bad network conditions for the device (https://jagt.github.io/clumsy/download.html or any other alternatives at the bottom of the page)
3. Build and Run on Android
4. Rotate the device to landscape
5. Observe the screen as the three videos are loaded and the cube rotates

Actual: Sometime during the loading of the videos the app becomes unresponsive (the spinning cube stops, you can't rotate device into another orientation)
Expected: App doesn't freeze

Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1
