[Android] [OpenGLES3] Shader Not Working on Adreno 3xx on Lollipop

To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Open "DemoSceneDesigner" scene
3) Build and run on device
4) Notice that the lines aren't rendered on device

    Even an empty apk crashes on Adreno 320 (Unity 5.5.1 f1, sony xperia arc s)
