[Mobile] In TMPro's Input fields the caret doesn't show up when Hide Mobile Input option is being used
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Touch the lower Input field
4. Enter some text and try to move the caret in the middle of the text
Actual: Caret doesn't even show up
Reproducible with: 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a17
