[Android] PlayerPrefs are lost when upgrading an app from 5.3 build to 5.2 build
Apps built with Unity 5.3 and then upgraded to a newer version that was built with Unity 5.2 lose PlayerPrefs

it also occurs when updating from 5.2 to 5.3
- the 5.3 update log mention a fix of playerprefs on android
- but it seems like player prefs path was changed and now old values can't be retrieved
