[Android] Player crashes on "null pointer dereference" when VFX effects are used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Build and run on an Android device
Expected result: The player does not lag or crash
Actual result: The player is lagging and then crashes with “null pointer dereference”
Reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1 (The Player shows a blue screen and VFX Effects are not rendering on all devices)

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
Regarding the Visual Effect Graph, it’s important to note that it currently does not support mobile devices. As an alternative, we recommend using the Particle System, which is fully supported on mobile platforms.
