[Android] On some devices view doesn't rotate to the opposite one of how device was held when disabling OS auto-rotation

Mobile

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run Main scene on device (press autorotation button and enable all orientations)
3. Make sure OS auto-rotation is enabled
4. Hold device as Landscape Left
5. Disable OS auto-rotation
6. Press Landscape Right (it will force this orientation)
Result: it will not rotate to Landscape Right.
This issue can be reproduced holding device any orientation. It will not rotate to the opposite orientation than the one device was held when disabling OS auto-rotation

Note: Mostly all devices don't rotate to Portrait Upside Down when OS auto-rotation is disabled and it doesn't matter how device was held when OS auto-rotation was disabled.
